THEATER MASKS

The theatre – a creation of Classical Greece, also incorporated the art of music, as the specific composition attempts to indicate. The two masks depict the joyful sorrow which later characterizes man’s life, but also the façade that people potentially put on within the context of social relationships.

Fired with the raku technique in a kiln with open firing in temperatures up to 1000°C. The decoration is done with white glazing, metal oxides and silver nitrate.
