Payment methods
The following payment options are available:
1. Payment on Delivery. Your order may be collected from our workshop from Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, from 45 Salaminas Street. in Egaleo, Postal Code 12241.
2. By credit card via the safe transaction system of Eurobank (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners credit cards accepted). At our site, www.rakuart.gr American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners credit cards, American Express, Visa, Mastercard debit cards and Visa, Mastercard prepaid cards are accepted from Eurobank (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners).
For shipments where a transport agency is used (bulky shipments outside the prefecture of Attica) payments must be made by credit card or via PayPal.

Send the certificate of deposit by email to [email protected] with some identifying information, e.g. the order number or billing name and we will send your order as soon as it appears in the bank.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Our company gives you the right to return items within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Should you wish the replacement of an item, our company gives you the option to do so, as long as the following conditions apply:
•You have contacted our company either by phone or email at [email protected] and you have stated that you wish for the item to be replaced within 15 days from the date of delivery.
•The item to be replaced has not been used nor damaged by use, and its packaging is in excellent condition.
•The item to be replaced is accompanied with all the necessary documents proving the transaction (receipt). If the item to be replaced meets the above conditions, then you may send it to our shop, and we will replace it with any other item of your choice. In this case you will cover the shipping cost of the new item (the cost of sending the item to us and receiving the new one). If the item has not been returned for replacement within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery, then our company does not undertake any replacement.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Upon successfully placing your order, you will be sent an informative email about the delivery of your order, as well as order processing. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations in terms of colour, shape or dimensions are likely to occur.

Your order may be canceled in the following cases:
•Before completing the order, during the online process you may stop at any time without any further process.
•If you have completed the order and the ceramic has not yet been shipped, you may contact us by phone at 6946641114 or by email and your order will be cancelled.
•If you have received the ceramics of your order and still wish to cancel your order, contact us at 6946641114 or by email explaining the reasons for the cancellation and one of our specialized associates will inform you of all your options.
MONEY REFUND
Our site, www.rakuart.gr gives you the option of a refund if for any reason you do not wish to receive the order that you have already paid for, or do not wish to replace the ceramic items with new ones. In this case, you may inform us by email at [email protected] clearly explaining to us the reasons of your decision to ask for a refund. A necessary condition is the existence of a bank account in the banks cooperating with us. EUROBANK – ALPHABANK – NBG. In any case, the refund process is completed within approximately 6 days.

Οur company cooperates with ELTA (Hellenic Post) for the delivery of your orders. The charges are shown below:

Availability
We will be informing you promptly about the availability and the time of shipping of the ceramics which are on display on our site www.rakuart.gr
If, for any reason, your order may not be shipped within the specific period mentioned, you will be contacted by email or by phone to be informed about the new delivery date. However, if you consider that it does not suit you, you may cancel your order and if it has been paid for, your money will be returned within 2 days to the bank account of those banks cooperating with us.
Force majeure
If for reasons of force majeure (strikes, gatherings-mobilizations, bad weather etc.), your order may not be executed, you will be informed via email about the possible delivery date, and we will wait for you to confirm the completion of the order.
