Order Methods

1. Via our website www.rakuart.gr: find the items you are interested in and select them to add them to the cart. When you complete your purchase, go to the shopping cart, and fill in the prerequisites to place your order. Firstly, it is required that you set the payment method and add your personal information. Upon completing the process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

2. Via the call centre. You may place your order by phone at 2104814290 or at 6946641114 from Monday to Saturday 09:00 – 21:00.

3. Via e-mail: you may send an e-mail 24 hours a day to the e-mail address [email protected] and let us know which product you are interested in so that we may contact you directly.

However, we recommend that you inform us by phone about the items you are interested in so that we can check their availability.
