Rakuart.gr informs you about the availability of the ceramics shown on our site, as well as about the delivery days of your order. In exceptional cases (shortages or delays) you will be informed by phone or email. Due to the nature of handmade items it is possible that there will be slight variations in color, shape or dimensions. For this reason, you will be sent photos of the same ceramic that you will receive. When you complete your purchase, go to the shopping cart, and fill in the prerequisites to place your order. Firstly, it is required that you set the payment method and add your personal information. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS<\/span><\/p>

Our company gives you the right to return items within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. Should you wish the replacement of an item, our company gives you the option to do so, as long as the following conditions apply:<\/p>

\u2022You have contacted our company either by phone or email at keramika.raku@gmail.com and you have stated that you wish for the item to be replaced within 15 days from the date of delivery.<\/p>

\u2022The item to be replaced has not been used nor damaged by use, and its packaging is in excellent condition.<\/p>

\u2022The item to be replaced is accompanied with all the necessary documents proving the transaction (receipt). If the item to be replaced meets the above conditions, then you may send it to our shop, and we will replace it with any other item of your choice.
